The merchandise is in new, original condition with its original packaging.
Include your receipt.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Bunco and/or Party Bunco. (dba www.Bunco.com ) All refunds will be issued in the manner paid to Bunco. If you paid with credit card your credit card will be credited. If you paid with personal check, cashiers check, money order you will be issued a check. If you paid with PayPal you will be refunded through PayPal.
www.Bunco.com guarantees manufacturers defects 30 days from the date of delivery. Products with warranties exceeding that must be directed to the manufacturer per their instructions. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS with confirmation for shipment.
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned merchandise. Please note that a full refund constitutes the sales price minus the shipping & handling expense which varies depending on the product. Bunco.com can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error such as a wrong product being shipped to you or defective product. All products are inspected before shipping.
You may also cancel unshipped items purchased from Bunco.com., if done within the first 24 hours of purchasing AND if your order has not been processed and shipped. To cancel your order, email our cancellation department and include your full name, address, telephone number, order date and order/invoice number. We do not accept cancellations via telephone. We will respond and inform you if the order was stopped in time or not.
Special Orders
If you are looking for a particular item that we do not have posted in our store and if the item is by one of the manufacturers which we feature, you can try to special order that item. Email us at: FunGame@Bunco.com. It helps a great deal if you know the item number, and include a description(s), your full name, telephone number. If you do not know the item number try to provide a detailed description and we will do our best to identify the product and order it for you.
