Coffee Ice Cream

Fantastic homemade ice cream, made with our Bunco Blend coffee… perfect treat for the Bunco® enthusiasts. Choose our flavors :

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 3/4 tsp. vanilla
• 3 cups light cream
• 3 eggs ( Beaten )
• 1/4 cup Kahlua or rum
• 1/2 cup strong cold coffee

Heat while Beating the Chill

Scald light cream while blending in sugar. Add slowly over beaten eggs and blend thoroughly. Stir while cooking on a double boiler until thickened, and then … chill.

Add Coffee … Place in Ice Cream Machine
Add cooled coffee, whipping cream and salt. Place in Electric or hand operated freezer.

When almost frozen, add vanilla and Kahlua … rum… or flavored coffee. ( You may omit the Kahlua ... instead use Bunco Flavored Coffee).
